Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information antoniohoudini.com ("the Site") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Antonio Houdini, a Vancouver, BC–based performer.
Information We Collect
The Site does not require you to create an account. We only collect information you choose to give us, such as:
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you reach out through the booking email or Instagram DM link
- Any event details you share when inquiring about a booking (date, venue, event type)
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on the Site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Cookies
The Site uses a single, functional cookie-equivalent (browser local storage) to remember whether you've accepted or declined the cookie banner, so it doesn't show every visit. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
How We Use Information
- To respond to booking inquiries and coordinate event details
- To communicate with you about a request you've made
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to Instagram and YouTube. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and this policy doesn't cover how they handle your data once you leave the Site.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep booking correspondence only as long as needed to plan and follow up on an event. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@antoniohoudini.com.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
